(a)  880 Plaza Blvd, Parkview Plaza Route 30, Lancaster Pennsylvania - Employees remove a section of railing to move items between floors exposing them to a 9 foot 10 inch fall hazard.  The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards when the railing was removed, on or about October 21, 2015.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The Ollie's Bargain Outlets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943454, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/18/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1732 S. Governors Avenue, Dover DE 19901.       No abatement certification or documentation required.
