29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a.  On or about October 21, 2015, on the north side of the frame of a residential house, an employee working on the frame was not protected from a 18 feet fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.  b.  On or about October 21, 2015, on the north side of the frame of a residential house, an employee working on the frame was not protected from a 11 feet 3 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.  c.  On or about October 21, 2015, on the east side of the frame of a residential house, an employee working on the frame was not protected from a 14 feet 1 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.  HD Carpentry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958715, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 153 Gulf Bridge Lane, Panama City, FL 32413.
