29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At the site located at 518 Tuttle Creek Blvd, Manhattan, Kansas, the employer did not ensure that employees he was transporting from ground level to the roof of the building under construction were wearing the required harness with lanyard attached to the lift. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of fifteen (15) feet from the top of the basket to the ground below.
