29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) Garage Bays - Maintenance area had numerous vehicle parts, equipment, trash, new and used batteries strewn on floor exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards, on or about October 16, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) 50 Market Street, Lemoyne, Pa - The 110 volt wall outlet box located in the break room was not securely mounted to the wall as required by its listing and labeling. It was hanging from the ceiling while the room was being remodeled. A rechargeable battery, and radio were plugged into the outlet, exposing employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards, on or about October 16, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
