29 CFR 1910.151(c): At this establishment, the eye wash station, provided for employees exposed to battery charging operations, were not provided suitable facilities (eye wash containing a copious flow of water for a 15 min time period) for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) In the warehouse, on or about October 15, 2015, and at times prior to, forklift operators check and add water to batteries at the charging station on the receiving dock. The eyewash in the area was obstructed with a trash container.
