29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(ii): Fixtures, lampholders, rosettes, or receptacles were not securely supported: a) South East Side near mechanical room: On or about October 9, 2015 The temporary lights were supported by pigtails and twist nuts. Employees worked directly next to the temporary lights installing materials, equipment and pulling wires.
