29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in residential roofing operations, between eleven (11) feet six (6) inches and fifteen (15) feet nine (9) inches above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. CNS Exteriors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058178, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1705 Pavillion Way, Park Ridge, IL 60068. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
