29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers.  (a) Home 2 suites hotel Meridian, MS - On or about October 22, 2015 employees were framing walls next to open holes in concrete floor that was not covered or protected by a guard rail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) Home 2 suites Meridian, MS - On or about October 22, 2015 an employee was observed walking and working on top of a wood framed wall members greater than 6 feet above lower level without the use of fall protection.  (b) Beebe commercial, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it's equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1058833 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 17807 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR. 72223.
