29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: At the rear entrance of this residential construction work site employees were in the process of completing an overhang and were utilizing a site-fabricated, 3 foot tall, wooden, scaffold structure. The walking working surface was less than 18 inches wide on the wooden scaffold, employees were exposed to falls.
