29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about October 19, 2015, the employer's lockout procedure for the Kurtz Presses incorrectly instructs the employee locking out to place his lock on the door of the press when doing maintenance rather than on the electrical power disconnect.
