29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Every flight of stairs having four or more risers was not equipped with standard stair railings or standard handrails as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section, the width of the stair to be measured clear of all obstructions except handrails: a) Parts Department: On or about October 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while using an unguarded stairwell to access parts from the second floor area.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: a) Service drive thru bay back wall; on or about October 22, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with not being able to correctly identify the electrical disconnect switches to de-energize circuits in the event of an emergency.
