29 CFR 1904.30(a): 29 CFR 1904.30(a): A separate OSHA 300 log was not maintained for each establishment expected to be in operaation for one year or longer: (a) On or about October 21, 2015, and at times prior the employer did not maintain an OSHA 300 Log of Injuries and Illnesses for each establishment at which Colorado Coalition for the Homeless employees are assigned to work. All injuries and illness were reported on one log. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
