The employees were exposed to being struck by objects and/or tools falling from a height greater than (9) feet.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: At a residential construction site, employees performing framing work were using a job made extension cord with an electrical receptacle box. The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used in accordance with its listing and labeling. The job made cord was used to power a Makita Circular Saw and a DeWalt Drill exposing the employees to electrical shock hazards.
