The list of exposed parts includes, but is not limited to: a) Exposed open wiring and parts were present in the light curtain junction box on the 100 ton Warco OBI punch press (Serial No. 47681) b) Exposed open wiring was present in the motor junction box on the 90 ton Minster OBI punch press (Serial No. 8-6282) c) Exposed open wiring was present in the two-hand control box for the 18 ton Bliss mechanical punch press (No. H240)
