29 CFR 1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors were operated by a device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails.    Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards because the following exit doors were secured at all times by a deadbolt latch which could restrict opening the door if the device failed:    a)  exit door on West wall, South end, near the Stor-U-Veyor by White Machine Company, Model W340.    b)  exit door on South wall by the spotting station closest to the BowePassat Permac dry cleaning machine.    c)  exit door on South wall, East end, closest to the Rema Dri-Vac.
