29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iv)(B): The employer shall ensure that employees who have contact with contaminated laundry wear protective gloves and other appropriate personal protective equipment.  Employees were exposed to biological hazards in that employees are not required to were gloves and other appropriate personal protective equipment when handling laundry that has been contaminated with blood and other potentially infectious materials.
