In the chemical storage area adjacent to the beater room at 36 Canal Road Turners Falls, MA: On or about November 6, 2015, a fifty-five gallon drum of mineral spirits, a category 3 flammable liquid, was stored in the same room as two, fifty-five gallon drums of HF51, an alkaline cleaner containing potassium and sodium hydroxide with a pH of greater than 12.5 and two fifty-five gallon drums of Nalbrite 62513, a felt wash with a pH of 0.8.
