Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Jobsite at 434 New York Route Route 29, Greenwich, NY 12834 - On or about 10/27/15, The employer had workers working on a roofing job on a steep roof exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet without guardrail systems, a safety net system or a personal fall arrest system.
