29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) On or about 10/22/15, at the east wing mid point area of third floor of the site, Amherst, NY. Employee fell 8 feet from the roof truss area to the floor, the fall protection systems were not rigged such that the employee fell less than 6 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
