Employees worked with chemicals such as, but not limited to Liquid Disinfectant Cleanser, a corrosive cleaner with a pH of 12.1, which contains calcium hypochlorite and whose use required personal protective equipment, such as, but not limited, to chemical goggles.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: FACILITY On, or about, October 28, 2015, employees required to work with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Liquid Disinfectant Cleanser, a corrosive, chemical, containing calcium hypochlorite, with a pH of 12.1, had not received training on the personal protective equipment required while working with the chemical. Employees were not trained to use chemical goggles and, or or face shields when working with the chemical.
