(a) Neri Framing at 202 Eighth Ave, Superior, CO: On or before October 20th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were made by a competent person. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 9 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Neri Framing at 202 8th Ave, Superior, CO: On or before October 20th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a residential construction activity 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was protected from falling, in that, an employee engaged in framing and was working without fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of up to approximately 9 feet.
