29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Rodurflex department 76 - On or about 10/29/15, the Asco water pump valve, 8210G37, became disconnected from a box exposing energized conductors operating at 120 volts. This valve was connected to the Sever-All model 1A chop saw. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
