29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Fort Bragg, NC, Fisher House, 2130 Loop Road: On or about 10/07/2015, the employer did not establish and maintain a hazard communication program which covered all the hazardous chemical products (Aliphatic Hydrocarbon Solvent 7%, Ethanol 1%, Quartz 24%, Cristobalite 2%, Medium Aliphatic Solvent Naphtha 95% and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene 5%) being used by employees along with safety data sheets and training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
