OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards: (a) On or about 10/28/2015 - at the Unloading Coil Car, a slit steel coil about seven (7) inches wide and six (6) feet in diameter was not secured to prevent it from falling off the Coil Car while employees were "belly-banding" four (4) similar coils exposing employees to struck-by and caught-between hazards.
