The United States Postal Service was previously cited for the same violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959863., citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-15-14, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service Capitol Heights, MD.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. (a) On or about 11-09-2015 and times prior thereto, located at U.S. Postal Service Sandston Distribution Center, 5801 Technology Blvd. Sandston, VA 23150, Condition: Powered industrial equipment was operated within clearly marked aisles containing wheeled mail carts that were placed in the aisles, exposing employees to struck by or caught between hazards.     The United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1064528.015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-24-15, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service Grand Rapids, MI.    The United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1105178.015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-04-16, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service Fort Wayne, IN.
