29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction site: On or about October 28, 2015 and at times therein, three employees were framing an apartment complex without any form of fall protection, employees were exposed to a fall greater than 6-feet in the following instances; a. Decking the roof of building #19. b. Attaching the trusses to building #26. c. Working on balcony of building #25. Automated Division 6 Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060345, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 12130 Pebbles Hills building R, El Paso, TX 79936. Division 6 Systems LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 793741, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 12881 Hueco Sands, El Paso, TX 79938.
