29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: a) 9221 3rd Ave., Fleet Post Office, Norfolk, VA 23511: On or about October 29, 2015, the employer did not ensure that vermin feces were removed as often as necessary to maintain the post office work areas in a sanitary condition. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
