29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: (a). Worksite located at 330 E. Young Street, Warrensburg, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift in which the employee failed to connect his lanyard to the boom or basket of the lift. The Infinity Sign Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 967005, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed on May 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1919 Star Drive, Liberty, Missouri 64068.
