29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a) North Row East End Freezers: Electrical wiring mounted on the top edge of the freezers was not enclosed to safeguard employees from coming into contact with the electrical wiring, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.    (b) North Row West End Freezers: Electrical wiring mounted on the bottom outside edge of the freezers was not enclosed to safeguard employees from coming into contact with the electrical wiring, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.    (c) North Row Wall Freezers at section A2-19:  Electrical wiring mounted on the bottom outside edge of the freezers was not fully enclosed by the bottom metal raceway cover to safeguard employees from coming into contact with the electrical wiring, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.    (d) North East End Row Wall Freezers: Electrical wiring mounted on the bottom outside edge of the freezers was not fully enclosed by the bottom metal raceway cover to safeguard employees from coming into contact with the electrical wiring, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
