Dental assistants worked in the lab, in close proximity to the bucket, when decontaminating instruments.

Employees regularly use Cavicide, which contains isopropanol and ethanol to disinfect surfaces and items in the office.  This chemical can cause severe eye irritation, skin irritation, dizziness and drowsiness.
