29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):        a)  Roof, on or about 10/30/15:  Workers performing framing activities at the roof's edge were not utilizing fall protection.  Workers were exposed to a 42 foot fall hazard.    b)  Roof, on or about 10/30/15:  Workers were not protected from falling 11 feet to the next lower level.  Standard railings were not provided around the hole that employees were using to access the roof.
