29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about October 29, 2015 and times prior, a 110 volt electrical cord had a damaged jacket and lacked strain relief. The 110 volt cord was located on the floor conveyor drive motor in the pallet area.
