29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    a) Gravel Hill Road, Millsboro, DE - On or about November 6, 2015,employees were performing spray painting operations within inches of an unprotected edge that exposed an employee to a fall off approximately 10.5 feet above ground level. An employee fell and broke multiple bones, resulting in hospilization. The employer did not have any guard railing system  in placed at the time of the incident.
