(b) Dake Line Meat Chute Work Area: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards as there was a section of horizontal shafting unguarded within 7 feet of the floor. (c) Dake Line by Hema's: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards as there was a section of horizontal shafting unguarded within 7 feet of the floor. (d) South Side of Dake Line by Vegetable Dispenser: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards as there was a section of horizontal shafting unguarded within 7 feet of the floor on the South Side of Dake Line by the Vegetable Dispenser.
