29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about 5 November 2015, an employee was elevated and working from the bucket of a Caterpillar 420E backhoe loader greater than 6 feet without proper fall protection.
