29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:    a) Side of the Front - Employees performed plastering work while standing 10' 1" high on a fabricated frame scaffold that did not have all the employees who worked on the platform protected from falling with guardrail systems on open sides and ends, observed on or about 11-5-15.    Abatement certification required.
