29 CFR 1910.420(b)(2)(i): The safe practices manual did not include dive mode specific diving operations safety procedures and checklists: a) The employer's safe practices manual did not include procedures to ensure host employer coordination to eliminate hazardous activities in the dive location including, but not limited to, complying with ship lockout procedures and rescheduling or removal of overhead work activities. b) The employer's safe practices manual did not include SCUBA mode procedures for working in currents exceeding one knot. c) The employer's safe practices manual did not include SCUBA mode procedures for when divers shall be line-tended. d) The employer's safe practices manual did not include procedures for working in water temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
