29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Bridgeport: On or about November 2, 2015, employees were applying felt paper on a 5/12 pitched roof that measured approximately 18 feet eave to ground without the use of a fall protection system.
