29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: September 21, 2015 - Inside a storage garage at or near 510 Prospect Ave, Norfolk, NE, an employee working in a television control truck with a running gas-powered generator, was exposed to and treated for elevated levels of carbon monoxide. The employee had not received adequate chemical hazard training on the effects and physical symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure.
