Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.    Crothall Healthcare was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1), at its 1 Norton Avenue, Oneonta, New York location which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990541, citation 1, item 1a and was affirmed by final order on 10/31/14.
