29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area: On or about 11/4/2015; at job sites 1200 Finks Hideaway Road, Monroe, LA and at the Interstate 20 West at Exit 93, West Monroe, LA; the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Portland Cement being used for paving were not accessible to employees during their work shift.
