OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    On or about November 5, 2015 at the job site employees were attempting to set five 4:12 pitched trusses in average wind of 14.3 MPH with gusts up to 48 m.p.h. which were not secured and/or braced; there was an insufficient amount of lateral bracing to stabilize the five trusses allowing them to collapse under the force of the wind. The trusses collapsed catching one employee between the substantial weight of the truss and the scaffold the employee was working on.
