29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. a) On or about 11/9/15 at the Hatch Restaurant under Renovation, at the Erie Basin Marina, 329 Erie St., Buffalo, NY: Employees used a DeWalt, Model DW745 Table Saw to trim a seven-eighth of an inch wide piece off a sheet of MDF board. The guard had been removed from the saw. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
