29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: On or about November 9, 2015, employees were required to use the facility's outside parking areas on a daily basis to pick-up and park company vehicles (school buses) and personal vehicles. The parking areas that employees traveled by foot during the day and night to the vehicles contained raised timber/wood stumps and potholes. Employees were thereby exposed to trip and fall hazards.
