29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): The alternative method in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): On or about November 10, 2015: An employee near the extrusion line, was exposed to acetal while moving boxes of product ready for shipment. The employer failed to ensure all boxes of finished product were properly labeled to identify its contents. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
