29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip point, rotating parts and/or flying chips or sparks: a. 864 Reids Road, Madison, GA (Chicken House #12 - Manure Pit) - Employees were exposed to caught-between hazard. The 4"x10" metal plate which serves as a guard over the exposed pinch point area on the manure roller was not properly secured. The metal plate guard was not covering the pinch point opening, exposing employees to an injuries and/or amputation of fingers, on or about 11/10/15.
