In the bakery area, the Hobart mixer, model number M-802, serial # 11-285-24 did not have a guard; observed on or about 11/10/2015. 3. In the bakery area, the Hobart mixer, model number A200, (serial # unreadable) did not have a guard; observed on or about 11/10/2015. 4.
