(a) Roofing project at Evergreen Lane, Chippewa Falls, WI; a worker was not using protective eye wear while performing shingling activities with pneumatic nail gun.    This employer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection #977219 with Skyview Home Improvements, LLC, Citation 1, Item 1 issued on June 4, 2014, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4423 Golf Terrace, Eau, Claire, WI.
