29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Cumberland Dairy - Throughout the production plant:  The employer did not provide an eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continue flow for flushing of the eyes when employees can come in contact with corrosive chemicals including but not limited to: AFCO 5333 - Power Foam CL NP, AFCO 5380- Poni acid and AFCO 3303- Manual Cleaner CL, which are use on a daily basis.  Occurred on or about 11/10/2015.

29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees.    a) Cumberland Dairy - Filling area:  The employer did not authorized machine operators to perform Lockout/Tagout when performing minor operations such as tray changes inside the point of operation of the packaging/bottle line machine.  The employees rely on the machine interlocks to perform any changes, observed on or about 11/10/2015.    Cumberland Dairy, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(d)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 653499, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 80 Edward Ave, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
