29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines was not kept at an appropriate distance or scaffolds were permitted to be erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, came closer to exposed and energized power lines than what was permissible: a) Job site, 800 Trumbull Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 12, 2015, during sign installation activities, the employer did not ensure that an aerial lift unit was kept at an appropriate distance from overhead power lines in that the lift/person in the lift made contact with a power lines and was exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards.
